Barn Conversion near Mitford

An early Victorian farm steading within 3 acres of land was converted into a luxury 6 bedroomed, 3 bathroomed home. We worked hard to ensure that the finished product was true to its Northumbrian vernacular roots yet achieved a stunning and contemporary interior finish incorporating modern technology such as underfloor heating and data network.

Refurbishment and extension in Corbridge

Originally an old estate cottage resembling something from Hansel and Gretal's wood, this dark and dingy cottage was transformed into a light and airy space with well designed additions that were true to the original detail of the cottage. The result was a family home beautifully finished inside in a truly spectacular setting.

New build at Darras Hall

We demolished a unspectacular bungalow and replaced it with a well designed family home that sits perfectly in its setting. By combining brick and natural stone outside together with plenty of architectural merit the house stands out. Internally, Dockleaf's typically high quality finish using the likes of travertine, oak and granite complements the well proportioned rooms.

Bespoke ancillary buildings

In order to complement one of our bespoke developments, we built a timber framed with slate roof workshop and garaging, which sits very well in the landscape.
